SELF provides affordable loans to homeowners for home improvements and repairs. We only work with reputable and experienced contractors, and we need more of YOU for our preferred contractor listing.

Why work with SELF?
1. We offer less stringent lending standards, which helps you close more business. We serve low- and moderate-income homeowners, and have special programs for women, veterans, and people with credit issues.
2. Free marketing is available through SELF. When you become approved, we’ll highlight you on our social media pages. Your company’s information will be provided to all new clients who come to SELF and will drive business to you.
3. You never pay to use SELF financing or services. We don’t charge our contractors for access to financing or to apply as a SELF-approved contractor.
4. We help homeowners reduce utility cost through energy and water conservation, improve quality of life, and increase property value.
